The deluxe king room had a comfy bed, a nice balcony, and Nespresso coffee. The location was incredible and lovely, situated in a very comfortable area. The staff team, from the doormen to the front desk staff to the housekeepers, was caring.

Good location - quality
The walls in our rooms were paper-thin - we could hear the conversation (clearly) of our neighbors as well as the room service in the corridor across from our room - not good enough.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recomand it to friends. The location was perfect and nice, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from The Waterfront. We found it in a very nice area close to restaurant filled Viaduct Harbour...

location is where the praise begins but also sadly ends there.
It was a little annoying to not find a toothbrush in the bath! Also, do hotels still use bar soap?

Comfortable and quiet location, although a bit of a walk from Princes Wharf. the room had a modern feel and was well-maintained, with both fluffy down pillows and hypoallergenic options to choose from. 🛏️

We stayed here for the World Triathlon Championships so the location was excellent. The comfort of the room and level of service were everything you would expect of a Hilton. Breakfasts were excellent, not cheap, but then they saved the need for a large mid-day meal. If you don't want to eat in the hotel there are plenty of bars/restaurants close by. Would definitely stay there again
Car parking is expensive but the concierge was helpful when we had a hire car delivered at the end of our stay.

The outlook from the room and balcony across the quay is fabulous. Great location for a bit of shopping in the city and excellent choice of restaurants nearby.
Couldn't leave the glass doors leading to the balcony open or sit outside on the balcony for long because of the fumes from the water crafts.
